Lucky Powerball Privacy Policy

Mobivation ("we", "us", or "our") provides the Lucky Powerball mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it.

Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide personal information to use the App.

The App may store the following information locally on your device:

• Saved Powerball number sets and favorites.
• Generator preferences, app settings, notification settings, and EULA acceptance.
• Recently loaded Powerball results cached for faster viewing.

This locally stored information is used only to provide App features and is not sent to our servers by the App.

Internet Access and Official Results

The App uses internet access to load Powerball results from the official Powerball website and related public result pages. Network requests may include standard technical information, such as your IP address, as part of normal internet operation.

Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google and its partners may collect and process device information, advertising identifiers, approximate location, IP address, app interactions, and diagnostic information to provide, measure, and improve ads, including personalized ads where allowed by your device settings and applicable law.

Notifications

If you enable notifications, the App may send local device notifications for new draw alerts, reminders, or test alerts. Notification preferences are stored on your device. The App does not use a remote push notification server.

The App may contain links to external websites, including the official Powerball website, Mobivation website, donation pages, and Google policy pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external websites.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 years old. The App is intended for users who are old enough to use lottery-related information services in their location. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not share your saved numbers, favorites, or local App settings with third parties. Third-party services such as Google AdMob may collect and process information as described in their own privacy policies.

Data Retention and Deletion

Saved numbers, favorites, cached results, and settings remain on your device until you delete them in the App, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App.

Security

We use reasonable measures available through the mobile operating system to protect locally stored App data. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by changing the "Last updated" date above.
